My continuing journey
Yes, You Can!

Yes, You Can!

What an honor! Here I am in deep discussion with Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the Eizenstat Family Memorial Lecture.

My major perk for all the hard work that went into producing the lecture.

We all need inspiration. This is especially true for anyone who has a chronic disease or is on their journey to recover from surgery.

There’s no one as inspiring as RBG!

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has survived colon and pancreatic cancer, heart surgery and a number of broken ribs. Most recently she had cancer removed from her left lung.

And, she keeps going! What is her secret?

RBG is committed to her workouts. Her routine is outlined in her trainer Bryant Johnson’s book The RBG Workout.

I’m pretty fit. I’ve spent the last year since my surgery increasing my strength and endurance. I couldn’t believe how hard I was breathing before I finished her workout!

My hope is that Ruth Bader Ginsburg inspires you as she does me. Start getting fit today!!

Yes, You Can! Yes, You Can!

    1. I would love to discuss my journey with you! We had a glitch that we finally fixed to collect visible comments and respond. Hopefully we can get together soon!

  1. I have a very long history of training, exercising, and swimming. Once you stop it is very difficult to start again, but today I walked Bella for 20 minutes and I made us a promise that I would continue this every day. it makes her so phenomenally happy that this alone gives me pleasure.

    1. I hope you’re still walking Bella. I’ve found that moving is the key to everything. We finally fixed a glitch so that I could see and respond to comments.
